Job summary
A reputable F&B manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead / Forklift Operator to manage daily operations and logistics in a supportive work environment. The candidate must possess a valid forklift license and have experience leading a team. This role offers a competitive salary with overtime and opportunities to develop leadership skills.

- Lead a team of warehouse staff in daily operations.
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

- Location: Near Jurong East MRT, Singapore
- Salary: S$2,100 + S$90 allowance | Estimated Gross: ~S$3,000 – S$3,500/month (with overtime)
- Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- Lead and guide a team of warehouse staff in daily operations
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping of goods
- Safely operate forklift when necessary for goods handling
- Ensure accuracy in stock control and documentation
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Support supervisor in coordinating workflow and meeting deadlines
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and adherence to processes
- Valid forklift license
- 1–2 years’ warehouse experience with supervisory or team lead exposure
- Able to perform manual warehouse duties safely when required
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with reliability and attention to detail
