Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Supervision
  • Supervise and lead a team to ensure daily operational targets are met.

  • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed.
  • Monitor team performance and address any performance-related issues or concerns.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and resolve challenges.
Operational Oversight
  • Ensure that daily operations are carried out in line with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Monitor workflows to ensure productivity targets and timelines are met.
  • Address and resolve operational issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and quality standards.
Inventory and Resource Management
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure that necessary supplies and materials are available.
  • Assist in managing stock control, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of inventory.
  • Ensure equipment and resources are well-maintained and available for use.
Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, staff performance, and any operational issues.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and operational progress to management.
