Job summary
A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an Infra/Microsoft 365 Engineer responsible for deploying, administering, and supporting Microsoft 365 services. You will maintain services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams while ensuring secure access and performance. Responsibilities include configuring Azure AD, managing policies, and automating tasks with PowerShell. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams and contributing to digital workplace transformation.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Configure and maintain Azure AD, ADFS, Conditional Access, and MFA policies.
- Perform daily health checks, incident resolution, and service monitoring.
- Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.
- Support deployment and adoption of M365 apps such as Planner, Power Automate, and Copilot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve service issues.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides for M365 services.
- Conduct user training and onboarding for new M365 features.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
The Infra/Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for the deployment, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise.
