Job Requirement

Responsibilities
  • The Infra/Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for the deployment, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. This includes Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
  • The role ensures seamless collaboration, secure access, and optimal performance of M365 services while supporting hybrid environments and driving digital workplace transformation.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Configure and maintain Azure AD, ADFS, Conditional Access.
  • Perform daily health checks, incident resolution, and service monitoring.
  • Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.
  • Support deployment and adoption of M365 apps such as Planner, Power Automate, and Copilot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve service issues.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides for M365 services.
  • Conduct user training and onboarding for new M365 features.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
