Qualifications

• Experience in building Windows server systems from deployment to handover.
• Proficient in Windows Client provisioning.
• Ability to operate and maintain VMware infrastructure.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools at Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 (Forms, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office).
• Experience in network configuration (ACL, Firewall).
• Experience in system engineering (Plan, Build, Run & Optimize).

Responsibilities

• Ensure system configuration complies with security guidelines.
• Produce and maintain system documentation.
• Handle user queries and system troubles effectively.
• Manage user queries and troubleshoot system issues.
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Identify and resolve system issues.
• Create operation and maintenance procedure manuals.
