Compensation and Benefits

• Gross Monthly Salary Potential: Up to $4,000++

• Basic Salary: $2,200 – $3,300

• Additional Payments: Shift Allowance of $250 + Overtime (OT) Payable

• Performance Bonuses:

  • Guaranteed Monthly Bonus

  • Yearly Performance Bonus (up to 5 months payout)

• Salary Progression: Up to 9% salary increment after initial training

• Annual Flexible Benefits of $1,700

Work Schedule

• Working Cycle: 4 days work, 2 days off

• Working Hours (Shift Rotation):

  • Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:15 PM

  • Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:45 AM

Location & Transportation

• Work Location: Changi, East Region,

• Transport is provided to and from the nearest bus stop to your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and rectify technical discrepancies within diverse aircraft engine models to ensure operational airworthiness.

• Deconstruct aircraft powerplants for comprehensive internal inspection, overhaul, and scheduled maintenance.

• Verify component integrity through precise testing and calibration of critical engine parts, adhering strictly to aviation safety standards.
