For the position of Body Therapist Reflexologist Supervisor/Manager, the candidate must understand the interaction of the body's muscles and know how to treat specific body parts. The role involves working one-on-one with clients and managing the team, so interpersonal skills and professionalism are essential.

Job Description:

1. Massages customers and administers body conditioning treatments using alcohol, lubricants, or other compounds for hygienic or remedial purposes.
2. Performs body and foot massages using techniques such as kneading, rubbing, and stroking to stimulate blood circulation, relax muscles, eliminate toxins, or relieve conditions, utilizing hands or tools.
3. Administers Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments or water therapies as requested by clients.
4. Provides guidance to clients on activities like exercises for reduction or remedial purposes.
5. Examines clients and recommends suitable body conditioning activities or treatments.
6. Records treatments provided to customers accurately.
7. Supervises and manages the team effectively.
8. Maintains staff through recruitment, selection, orientation, and training.
9. Oversees company operations and staff duties.
10. Reports company operations and updates to the director.

Qualifications:

• Relevant diploma qualification preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Additional Requirements:

• Available to work 6 days per week.
• Willing to do overtime and long hours if needed.

Working conditions include:

• Working hours from 10:00 to 22:00, including lunch and dinner breaks.
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness habits.
• Physical stamina required for massage duties.
