Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Planning & Design

• Assist in planning and designing infrastructure systems
• Document design decisions and planning activities

Infrastructure Operations

• Perform installations and operational tasks based on design specifications
• Ensure operations align with service level agreements

Maintenance & Optimization

• Support ongoing maintenance and implement agreed changes
• Perform tuning and optimization of hardware and software components
• Gather performance data for capacity planning and reporting
• Assist in testing, implementation, and piloting new tools and technologies

Incident Resolution

• Identify and resolve infrastructure issues
• Simulate user problems to troubleshoot operating difficulties
• Follow up with users to confirm resolution
• Recommend system modifications to prevent recurring issues

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Experience: 2–3 years of related experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and service orientation
• Ability to work on-call and flexible shifts
