Job summary
A prominent construction firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated site manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with project requirements and schedules. The ideal candidate will manage on-site workers, provide technical support, and resolve installation issues. Responsibilities also include administrative tasks and interpreting Autocad plans. The role demands effective communication with architects and engineers, aiming for efficient project execution.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Architect, PE Engr and sub-contractor on day-to-day operations and technical issues.
- Ensure work done complies to requirements.
- Manage all workers on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations.
- Resolve all site problems arising from installation works.
- Ensure work adheres to the schedule.
- Manage and supervise site team on daily operations.
- Provide technical and installation support.
- Complete administrative work such as weekly reports.
- Interpret Autocad plans.
- Handle other duties assigned as necessary.
