Job description

We are looking for Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore.

Your scope is as below:

Job Scope

• Manage ICT Infrastructure services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT Security Standards and Policies.
• Manage ICT Infrastructure Incidents to ensure they are resolved within the Service Level Agreement and develop mitigation measures to avoid having re-occurrence of incidents.
• Develop guidelines, processes and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and system monitoring.
• Manage ICT Infrastructure contracts and operating budget in meeting the agreed budget utilisation.
• Provide ICT Infrastructure support and services in all stages of application deployment, testing and production.
• Deliver ICT Infrastructure services in meeting business needs, within agreed budget, duration and quality.
• Design and implement technical solutions, proof-of-concept, and pilots, ensuring the system complies with ICT Security Standards.
• Work closely with solutions architects, application and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of technical solutions and meet requirements for high availability, resiliency, scalability and security.

Technical skills

• At least 4 plus years of working experience in the infrastructure side, preferably someone who has worked with government agencies before.
• Certifications with Cloud Service Providers. (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect) is a plus.
• Relavant experience with using Cloud Service Providers, preferable with AWS experiences.
• Infrastructure as Code. (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation)
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery
