Are you passionate about building systems and maintenance work? We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Building Maintenance Technician to be part of our team. If you enjoy hands‑on technical work and solving problems to keep facilities running efficiently, this role is for you!

• Carry out general building maintenance, repair, and servicing works
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems
• Conduct routine inspections of M&E fixtures, cooling towers, and chillers
• Supervise term contractors during repair works and M&E system testing
• Respond promptly to fault reports, service breakdowns, and customer requests
• Identify and report operational irregularities
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, checklists, and schedules
• Maintain full compliance with building regulations and fire safety standards

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance
• NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
