Job summary
A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in daily operations, including equipment and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems and performing minor repairs. Willingness to work overtime is preferred.
Qualifications
- Preferably with at least minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Ability to perform hands-on work at site and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good knowledge on fire safety systems, building, electrical and plumbing services.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in daily operations of the equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance work.
- Carry out repairs to building works and M&E works.

General Duties

- Any other assignments directed by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

- Certificate / Diploma in property management or related courses.
