Job description

• Perform regular inspection and maintenance of plumbing and sanitary systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing components such as pipes, valves, faucets, pumps, water heaters, sanitary fittings, and traps.
• Troubleshoot and rectify leaks, blockages, low-pressure issues, or other plumbing malfunctions.
• Maintain and service water tanks, sump pumps, rainwater drainage systems, and sewage/sump pits.
• Check and ensure proper functioning of siphonic systems, floor traps, manholes, and grease traps.
• Assist in new installations or renovation projects related to plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance as needed.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacement of parts.
• Work closely with other maintenance team members and contractors to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and assist in planning system upgrades or improvements.
