Job description
Job Description & Requirements:
- Perform daily routine checks and repairs of M&E equipment.
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E maintenance, including Air-Conditioner maintenance, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
- Ability to learn and troubleshoot Mitsubishi VRV / VRF Air-Conditioners is essential.
- Respond to emergency calls for critical services beyond office hours, including standby duties.
- Attend to tenants' requests and complaints as assigned by the Property Supervisor.
- Supervise site work carried out by contractors.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
