Job Description
- Develop and review mechanical layouts for automated warehouse systems using AutoCAD.
- Integrate AGV, AMR, and shuttle systems into warehouse infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design compliance and operational efficiency.
Technical Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in AMRs, conveyors, and automation equipment.
- Support commissioning and testing of automation systems on-site.
Project Execution
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams during installation and setup.
- Ensure timely delivery of mechanical components and system readiness.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead small engineering teams or subcontractors during project execution.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
Site Work & Travel
- Willingness to travel for site inspections, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working in warehouse and construction site conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and mechanical design tools.
- Hands-on experience with AGV, AMR, shuttle systems, and conveyors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage field teams.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to site-based work environments.
