conduct regular inspection of building systems, including HVAC, electricla & plumbing.
perform preventive maintenance checklist, building equipment & infrastructure.
co-ordinate with contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
respond promptly to maintenance request/emergencies/compliants.
compute staffs overtime.
schedule M&E roasters & meeting minutes.
attend adhoc request works after office hours.
