Job summary

A leading international company in Singapore seeks an experienced individual for M&E maintenance roles. You will be responsible for daily checks and repairs, responding to emergencies, and supervising contractors. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, ITE-aircon training, and a positive attitude. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot air-conditioning systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E maintenance.
• Ability to learn and troubleshoot Mitsubishi VRV/VRF Air-Conditioner.
• Must be organized and skilled in follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Daily routine check and repair of M&E equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls beyond office hours.
• Supervise contractor work on site.

Job description

Main duties:

• Daily routine check / repair of M&E equipment
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E maintenance, Air-Conditioner maintenance, Electrical & Plumbing works
• Ability to learn and troubleshoot Mitsubishi VRV / VRF Air-Conditioner is a must
• Respond to emergency calls on critical services beyond office hours, i.e. on standby duties
• Site supervision of work carried out by contractors
• To take up in any adhoc tasks when assigned

Job requirements:

• Minimum a “ITE”-aircon train, GCE “N” or ‘O’ Levels qualification
• Minimum 3 year of relevant working experience
• Organized and good in follow-up with relevant parties
• Possess a can-do (positive) attitude
