Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled RHVAC Engineer to oversee project planning and execution, including troubleshooting and installation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in the RHVAC field and strong communication and leadership skills. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in RHVAC field.
- Good understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and HVAC controls.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Plan resources and projects.
- Liaise with clients on project technicalities.
- Write survey and inspection reports.

Attend or lead a group of workers to job sites to carry out various activities including but not limited to RHVAC commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, installation of equipment/appliances, coordination or commercial meetings, and survey/inspection.
- Resource and project planning
- Liaison with clients on project technicalities when required
- Write survey/inspection reports
- Write progress reports and close out reports for every assigned tasks
- Liaison with clients on project technicalities when required
- Assist Sales and Commercial Department on material & labour estimates for quotation purposes
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering (Bachelor’s Degree)
- Minimum 2 year experience in RHVAC field
- Procient in Refrigeration Cycle and RHVAC troubleshooting
- Procient in written and oral English communication skill
- Procient in material take or and labour estimate for a given RHVAC project
- Good understanding on electrical circuit diagram and HVAC Controls (Electrical and PLC)
- Good grasp on technical writing
- Good leadership, coaching and analytical skills
- Able to work independently
- Team player
- Knowledge on Project Schedule Software or Autocad is an advantage
- Train Junior RHVAC Technicians
- Ensure compliance to Safety, Health and Environmental standards
