A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Singapore. The role involves ensuring good after-sales support, responding to customer inquiries, and providing quotations for vehicle services. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the automotive trade. This position offers a full-time work schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years of experience as a Customer Service Advisor in the Automotive trade.

Responsibilities

• Ensure good after-sales support to customers.
• Attend to customers' requests for service bookings, inquiries, and complaints about their vehicles promptly.
• Communicate with customers to establish the service or repair needs for their vehicles and translate these job requirements into comprehensive quotations for their agreement.
• Recommend suitable packages and/or add-ons for customers.
• Follow up with the workshop on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
• Follow up on any outstanding payments.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job description

Location: Leng Kee

Working Day: 5.5 days

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
