Job summary

A leading employment service company in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Engineer specializing in Injection Molding and Furnace equipment. The role requires a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering and experience in industrial maintenance. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and supporting predictive maintenance initiatives. Qualifications

  • Min 3-5 years of working experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Direct experience in Furnace Equipment will be an advantage.
  • Strong ability to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control logic diagrams.

Maintenance Engineer (Injection Molding/Furance)-CMMS

This role is critical to maintaining high equipment availability across our Metal Injection Molding (MIM) operations.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on key equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.

Support data collection and feature extraction for predictive maintenance models.

Assist in deploying machine learning algorithms in collaboration with the data analytics team.

Work closely with IT/Digital/Automation teams to integrate sensor and equipment data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and real-time dashboards.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records and prepare for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Qualifications/Required

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Min 3-5 years of working experience in industrial maintenance
  • Direct experience in Furnace Equipment will be advantage

Strong troubleshooting capabilities; able to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control logic diagrams.
