Job summary

A leading aviation services company in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician I/II to ensure high equipment availability and reliability. Candidates should have a NITEC/Higher NITEC in relevant fields and experience in mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities include repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with safety practices. A Class 3 driving license is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle / Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic.
  • Preferably with relevant working experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic & Pneumatic.
  • Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 driving license and above.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing, inspection, repair & maintenance of vehicle & equipment.
  • Carry out tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Learn operational check and tasking on all types of equipment for PM.
  • Input spares/parts required into Workshop Parts Request online form.
  • Ensure spare replacement is authorized.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate good work practices to junior technicians.
  • Follow safety policies and practices.

Summary The Maintenance Technician I/II is responsible for repairing and maintaining work at Technical Services to ensure high equipment availability and reliability with safety and optimum cost.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing, inspection, repair & maintenance of vehicle & equipment
  • Carry out tasks as assigned by Supervisor
  • Learn all type of operational check and tasking on all type of equipment for PM
  • Input spares/parts required into Workshop Parts Request online form
  • Ensure spare replacement is authorized
  • Lead by example and demonstrate good work practices to junior technicians
  • Follow safety policies, practices, administration etc. Compliance & enforcement
  • Key in detailed completed task into SAP in an orderly and timely manner

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle / Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic
  • Preferably with relevant working experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic & Pneumatic
  • Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 driving license and above
