Job summary

A leading marine services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced technician to perform vessel maintenance and troubleshooting. You should have a diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 4 years of hands-on experience with marine control systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in vessel main engine automation systems or equivalent marine control systems.
  • Detail-oriented and safety-conscious approach required.
  • Up-to-date awareness of industry technologies and practices is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out onboard inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system modifications.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute field service schedules and activities.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
  • Supervise repair works and implement technical upgrades as required.
  • Install new systems and technologies onboard vessels.
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is performed to keep equipment in optimal condition.
  • Lead and guide technicians and engineers during service operations.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
