Key Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day IT operations including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and patching.
• Assist in after-hours support activities such as maintenance and upgrades when required.
• Provide first-level and second-level support for system-related issues (Windows, AD, backup, storage).
• Perform routine systems administration tasks such as system checks, log reviews, and patch deployments.
• Assist in managing Active Directory, Windows servers, and virtualized environments (VMWare/Hyper-V).
• Work with senior engineers or vendors to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Help prepare basic reports and documentation for internal teams or clients.
• Stay updated with system updates and security advisories.
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on IT infrastructure/system support experience.
• Basic understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Virtualization technologies.
• Exposure to backup systems and storage is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes (e.g., incident/change/asset management) is an advantage.
• Microsoft and/or ITIL certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
