Full Stack Engineer – Gen AI Team

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Location: Central
• Remuneration: Up to $10,000 + AWS

About the Role

Seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our Gen AI Team where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting‑edge applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), including RAG chatbots, agentic AI systems, and intelligent film classification tools. This role collaborates closely with AI researchers and data scientists to deliver scalable, secure, and user‑friendly AI‑driven web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front‑end and back‑end systems for Gen AI applications.
• Integrate LLMs and APIs for real‑time, intelligent functionality.
• Build and optimize autonomous agentic AI systems capable of multi‑step reasoning and tool integration.
• Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces for chatbots and AI workflows.
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Implement security best practices and compliance measures.
• Conduct automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and documentation of systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in full‑stack development or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back‑end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating AI or data services.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment practices.
• Familiarity with web security, authentication, authorization, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Hands‑on experience with LLMs or agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Knowledge of function/tool‑calling for AI agents and AI model deployment in production.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and prompt engineering techniques for AI interfaces.
