The Cloud Engineering Team is charged with a mission to transform the way HTX delivers software by leveraging on cloud innovation to enable agile software development, zero‑trust security, DevSecOps and artificial intelligence. We are looking for highly technical individuals who are passionate about tech, love to solve problems, with the ability to code and have a sound engineering mind. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to develop our enterprise cloud digital platform, automate the deployment of workload and automate DevSecOps pipelines.

What you will be working on:

• Design, build and maintain enterprise cloud platform leveraging on cloud‑native serverless, middleware, backend, security and infrastructure technology.
• Develop and integrate common services for API management, identity, monitoring and security.
• Design, build and maintain enterprise wide DevSecOps and MLOps pipelines automation.

What we are looking for:

• Expertise in one or more of the following programming languages – Python, Javascript, Go, C#, and .Net Core.
• Experience in deploying Terraform IaC (Infrastructure‑As‑Code) for AWS or Azure at enterprise scale.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including source code management, IaC, test automation, and static/dynamic code analysis workflows.
• Experience with building and deploying containerised applications, and expertise in Kubernetes administration.
• Experience with integrating digital platform services such as API gateways, microservices management, messaging middleware, security, identity, monitoring and logging services.
• Experience with on‑premises hosting platforms such as Nutanix and other cloud solutions like GCP will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of protocols such as REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OpenID, OAuth2.0 and QUIC.
• Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, distributed computing and backend frameworks with expertise in at least one of them.
• Have the following certifications or equivalent – AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Preferably 2-5 years of relevant working experience.

All new hires are appointed on a two‑year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
