A leading eyewear company in Singapore is seeking a Medical & Professional Affairs Manager to drive educational initiatives and strengthen partnerships with healthcare professionals. You will coordinate medical activities for product launches and manage educational programs across Southeast Asia. Candidates should have a relevant degree and extensive experience in medical affairs or KOL management within med-tech or pharma sectors.

As the Medical & Professional Affairs Manager for SEAK, you will partner closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to expand access to our eye‑care portfolio through professional education, scientific engagement, event execution, and digital initiatives. A key focus of your role will be to build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and independent medical experts (IMEs). You will also facilitate participation in major industry conferences to reinforce EssilorLuxottica’s position as a thought leader in the field. In addition, you will support the strategic development of key categories - such as myopia control and progressive lenses - by leveraging scientific and clinical content to strengthen eye care professionals' (ECPs') product recommendations.
