Job Positioning: As a core position in the school's academic and teaching management, this role is responsible for the overall coordination of academic administration, curriculum system construction, teaching quality monitoring, and teacher development. It involves in-depth communication and service with parents to build a bridge of trust between home and school. The position is committed to improving the school's overall teaching standards and academic reputation, ensuring the orderly and efficient operation of teaching activities.

I. Core Job Responsibilities
  • Curriculum System and Program Management: Lead the formulation and iteration of curriculum development plans, establish a scientific curriculum system, and organize curriculum research and updates; Design personalized curriculum programs tailored to customer needs to enhance adaptability and implementation effects.
  • Work Experience
  • Student Services and Home-School Collaboration: Be responsible for the whole-process management of students, including curriculum arrangement, life coordination, and personal file establishment; Regularly communicate with parents about students' learning status through multiple channels, synchronize dynamic needs, and build a trust bridge to form a joint force in education.
  • Teaching Operation and Quality Control: Coordinate daily academic affairs (including timetable arrangement, teaching staff management, student registration, examinations, and resource allocation) to ensure the orderly operation of teaching; Establish a quality evaluation system, monitor teachers' teaching progress and achievements through multi-dimensional supervision, analyze data, and promote improvements.
  • Academic and Cross-Departmental Coordination: Plan academic seminars, teaching observation and other activities, promote the research and achievement transformation of teaching and research topics; Collaborate with multiple departments within the school, connect with external educational institutions and competent authorities, and enhance industry influence.
  • Teaching Staff and Team Building: Formulate teacher development plans, organize training, teaching research, and academic exchanges; Assist in teacher recruitment, assessment and other work; Build a departmental talent echelon, cultivate potential members to become managers, and enhance team combat effectiveness.
  • Self-Improvement and Team Leadership: Participate in training on product knowledge, sales skills, etc. to improve comprehensive capabilities, and guide the team to optimize service quality simultaneously.
  • System Management and Performance Improvement: Formulate and improve academic administration systems, standardize file management; Achieve student renewal, course expansion and referrals through high-quality services and program design, meet performance indicators and enjoy commissions.
II. Job Qualifications
  • Work Experience
    • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in academic administration, teaching management or academic management.
    • Familiar with the education systems of China and Singapore, and understand the teaching laws, curriculum standards and educational policies and regulations of the corresponding educational stages.
    • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in curriculum system construction, teaching quality monitoring system establishment or teacher development project coordination.
  • Other Requirements
    • Overall Planning Ability: Possess strategic thinking, be able to formulate medium and long-term academic affairs plans, rationally allocate resources and efficiently implement multiple tasks.
    • Teamwork and Collaboration Ability: Excellent leadership skills, able to stimulate team vitality; Good at cross-departmental communication and coordinating resources to achieve goals.
    • Teaching Management Ability: Proficient in the core links of teaching management, master the logic of quality evaluation and curriculum design, and be able to solve complex problems.
    • Problem-Solving and Innovation Ability: Be able to quickly respond to unexpected problems and put forward solutions, and have the awareness of industry trend insight and management model innovation.
    • Communication and Writing Ability: Clear logic, excellent oral and written expression skills, able to accurately convey policies and write professional documents.
    • Data-Driven Decision-Making Ability: Good at collecting and analyzing teaching and student data to support management decisions with data.
