The candidate will prepare and process quotations, orders, and relevant documentation while effectively communicating with the Japan office. A minimum of 3 years in a similar position and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. JOB: SALES COORDINATOR (INSIDE SALES)

POSITION: JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Process Quotations, Orders, Invoicing and all relevant documentation.
  • Handle each process in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Acquire product knowledge and become proficient in preparing Quotation, and provide flexible solutions based on customer’s requirements.
  • Communicate with Japan office (Shipping dept, Sales team, technical dept) often by English (Simple communication).
  • Send Product information/announcement e-mail to clients by cooperating with Outside Sales.
  • Take initiative in improving work process as inside sales.
Requirements
  • Business level English.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Sales coordinator job.
  • At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
