A leading telecommunications provider is seeking a Pre-Sales Manager/Solution Architect in Singapore. The role focuses on identifying customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Architecture, deep knowledge of telecommunications technologies, and strong English communication skills. The Pre-Sales Manager/Solutions Architect is responsible for identifying customer technical requirements, translating them into fit for purpose solutions, fitting technical capabilities within the DTGB organization. Additionally, the Pre-Sales Manager/Solutions Architect interfaces with the DTGBS organization to determine cost of (portfolio) components and Service Delivery Manager to determine customer pricing. A Pre-Sales Manager/Solutions Architect is aware of the DTGBS portfolio, new technologies on the Telecommunicationsmarket space and capable to interact with customer on multiple levels. The role would have some elements ofService Delivery activities included in the job scope including, holding SLA review meetings with customers on a regular basis.
