Responsibilities
- Manage critical care product portfolio, including ventilators, patient monitors, and cardiology/resuscitation solutions.
- Provide product and application support to distributors, channel partners, and end users.
- Attend to all product-related sales inquiries.
- Plan and deliver regular product updates and training for distributors and customers within assigned territory.
- Provide consultation on product configuration, clinical application, and solution design.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Support distributors with projects, tender specifications, and compliance with project/tender requirements.
Sales Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts and territories in Singapore.
- Drive sales for ventilators and related product portfolios.
- Handle tender processes including proposals, reviews, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, IT, engineering) for project and solution delivery.
Post‑Sales Support
- Provide end‑user product and application training, including scheduling, material preparation, and documentation.
- Oversee project fulfillment, installation, and delivery to customer acceptance.
- Coordinate with IT/ICT, service engineers, and logistics teams for product commissioning and delivery.
Marketing & Market Development
- Promote products through exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events.
- Prepare trip, monthly, and project reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs; provide insights to Japan HQ.
- Support new product launches and continuously upgrade product and sales skills.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the medical device business.
- Experience with ventilators (ICU or NIV) preferred; background as a respiratory therapist advantageous.
