In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of marine engines and related components.
- Diagnose and repair issues with marine engines and related systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing on engines and components
- Test and inspect engines, parts and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and parts used
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Technician or Mechanic, preferably within the automotive or marine engineering industry
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair issues
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to completing work to a high standard
- Good communication and teamworking skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and respond to emergency callouts as required
