Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of in-store IT and equipment, including computers, networks, and server systems.
• Ensure network stability and availability at business premises, escalating issues to HQ support when required.
• Maintain and repair audiovisual systems (sound, lighting, and display equipment) to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer experience.
• Conduct regular performance checks, system tuning, and optimization of audiovisual equipment to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Support in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new audiovisual equipment, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with existing systems.
• Maintain stable operation of key business systems, including customer management, content management, and POS systems, resolving system issues promptly.
• Manage system data backup, recovery, and security to ensure integrity and prevent data loss.
• Collaborate with internal teams on system upgrades and enhancements, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements to boost usability and performance.
