A leading intelligent equipment company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated technician to manage AMHS-related equipment operations. The role involves on-site installation, debugging, writing technical documents, and timely customer support. The ideal candidate has experience in automation equipment and must possess an electrician's certificate. Strong communication skills and proficiency in both English and Chinese are required to work effectively with international teams. Flexibility for shifts and business trips is needed.

Competenze

  • Understanding of the AMHS system.
  • Holds an electrician's certificate.
  • Familiarity with office software operation.
  • Able to accept shift work and business trips.
  • Proficient in English and fluent in Chinese.

Mansioni

  • Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of AMHS-related equipment.
  • Install and debug equipment on-site at customer locations.
  • Write equipment user manuals and technical documents.
  • Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner.
