Job summary

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • 1.Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of customer site AMHS-related equipment;
  • 2.Install and debug the equipment on-site at the customer's location as needed, and conduct functional tests;
  • 3.Writing of equipment user manuals and other related technical documents;
  • 4.Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner;
  • 5.Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner;
Qualifications
  • 1.Understand knowledge related to the AHMS system, and have experience in after-sales service for automation equipment/semiconductor equipment/LCD equipment;
  • 2.Possesses the ability to independently carry out equipment debugging and troubleshooting, holds an electrician's certificate, and has PLC experience;
  • 3.Educational requirements: diploma or higher (recent graduates are acceptable for this position), related to telecommunications/mechanical and electrical/automation majors, familiar with office software operation;
  • 4.Possess good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, the ability to summarize issues, and can respond flexibly to customer inquiries;
  • 5.Have a strong service awareness and team spirit, obey the work arrangements of superiors, and be flexible with work location assignments;
  • 6.Able to accept shift work and business trips; need to undergo training and learning at the company headquarters (Pinghu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China) for a period of time before officially being stationed;
  • 7.Need to be proficient in English and fluent in Chinese to collaborate daily with the Chinese team.
