Job summary

A leading energy solutions company in Singapore is looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist. You will be responsible for presales support, providing technical consultation, and assisting sales initiatives across the APAC region. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, possesses 1-2 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in both English and Chinese. This role emphasizes excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to travel on short notice, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for presales support to our sales team. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  2. Provide technical consultation, system design and system solutions for Energy storage system and Integrated solution.

  3. Support sales initiatives on technical matters and projects for APAC region

  4. Liaising with China HQ Technical Support team for all technical issues

  5. Support Sales on tender bidding activities and submission

  6. Provide training and products presentation to customers / internal staff

  7. Attending to projects / tender meetings when required

  8. Assisting in upkeeping project list and project status from all sales personnel

  9. Maintain and update of products brochure and projects documentation

  10. Perform admin duties and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or any other relevant field of studies

  2. Strong technical background with at least 1-2 years of experience

  3. Added advantage with Project Management experience

  4. Added advantage with Telecom / UPS / batteries related experience

  5. Knowledge in Microsoft Office

  6. Ability to communicate and write in English and Chinese

  7. Have excellent problem-solving skills

  8. Good team player and customer focused with excellent communication skills

  9. Ability to travel within short notice

  10. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
