- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, induction, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate training schedules and track employee development initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports, including payroll support and leave management.
- Help manage employee benefits and ensure timely processing of claims.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations and other employment laws.
- Maintain a filing system for HR documents and records.
- Assist with any other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., SAP, HRIS) is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Experience with MOM compliance and HR reporting is a plus.
