Job summary

A leading global organization in Singapore is looking for a Lift Technician specializing in service quality assurance. The role involves providing technical support, conducting equipment inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. The position offers a permanent contract with a monthly salary of up to $3010 plus allowances. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance.
• Possession of Triple E certification is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to managers and senior engineers in equipment installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Conduct inspections on newly installed or serviced equipment to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Plan and implement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Investigate technical issues and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommended corrective actions.
• Participate in committee activities when assigned, ensuring accurate documentation and calibration of instruments.
• Support the development of junior team members through training and mentorship.
• Perform additional tasks as directed to contribute to departmental objectives.

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.15pm
• Monthly Salary: up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract
