Job summary

A leading food production company in Singapore is seeking an R&D & Production Execution Chef. This role demands a disciplined chef who thrives in a central kitchen environment focused on efficiency and high-volume production. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing ready-to-eat and ready-to-heat products while ensuring food safety and quality standards. Those comfortable with structured processes and able to work flexible hours are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–8 years experience in central kitchen or food manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of high-volume production processes.
  • Experience in Halal environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop RTE/RTH products for mass production.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end production processes.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
