Conduct trademark searches and provide reports to assist in risk assessments.
Coordinate with external counsel and other stakeholders on IP-related matters.
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements related to IP and trademarks.
Maintain accurate records and databases for the legal department.
Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.
Stay updated on IP and trademark laws to ensure the organisation's compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Paralegal IP, Trademarks should have:
Diploma or degree in Law, IP, or a related field.
Ability to read and converse in mandarin to liaise with stakeholders in China who converse in Mandarin.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in IP management or legal support roles, either in-house or in a law firm.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage both structured legal processes and day-to-day admin responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related digital tools; familiarity with DocuSign is advantageous.
Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to established processes.
