A leading retail and service company in Singapore is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for both frontline and corporate roles across various retail brands. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments, with strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for both frontline (store operations) and backend (corporate & support) roles across multiple retail brands. Operating in a fast-paced environment, this role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality hiring solutions supporting business growth, seasonal ramp-ups, and workforce planning needs.
