In this full‑time position based in Singapore, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Your role will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a positive retail experience for all our customers.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Assist customers in identifying and selecting luxury timepieces that best meet their preferences and needs.
  2. Provide professional advice and product knowledge to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
  3. Handle cash and card payments accurately and ensure proper transaction processing.
  4. Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well‑stocked with merchandise.
  5. Respond to customer enquiries and deliver exceptional service at all times.
  6. Uphold brand image and represent the company with confidence and professionalism.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail sales or timepiece retail.
  • Well‑groomed and able to present oneself confidently in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for luxury products and retail service.
What we offer
  1. 6 days work, 44 hours a week, 11am - 10pm
  2. Basic Salary $1800 - $2500, average commission $1500 - $3000
