Position: Retail Associates

Working Days: 5 Working Days

Job Scope

As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role that delivering a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting the daily operations of the store.

• Assisting customers with product inquires, purchases, and recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Processing clothing buy-back transactions & ensuring quality control.
• Supporting store management with inventory control, stock organization, and merchandising.
• Training & mentoring new staff to ensure smooth onboarding & adherence to store & company policies.
• Handling customer concerns & resolving issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirement

• Previous experiences of working in retail, apparel,fashion, footwear, or FMCG will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
