A retail management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced leasing executive to handle lease agreements and enhance occupancy within a mall. Your role involves negotiating lease renewals, preparing reports, and managing relationships with agencies and tenants. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in retail leasing. Competitive salary offered up to $4500 with a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities
Responsiblefor finalizing lease agreements, negotiating lease renewals, formalizinglease documentation of a retail mall.
Prepareleasing reports, update rent roll and market trends on a monthly basis.
Activelyengages and establishes good relationships with agencies, prospects andtenants.
Responsiblefor implementing and monitoring of business plan and budget.
Proposetenant mix plans, and implement strategies to maximize rental andoccupancy in the mall.
Supportmarketing and A&P initiatives.
Qualifications
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in any course w min 2 yrs of relevant retail leasing experience
