Job summary

A leading retail management company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to manage and supervise a team of Customer Service Officers. This role involves planning manpower, developing training schedules for new staff, and ensuring compliance with promotional processes. The ideal candidate should possess a customer-centric personality, with previous supervisory experience preferred. The position requires flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of Customer Service Officers.
  • Plan and manage manpower at the customer service counter.
  • Develop on-the-job training and coach new staff.
  • Champion A&P promotions and manage promotional matters.
  • Ensure proper redemption process during promotions.
  • Handle tenant and shopper feedback with professionalism.
  • Ensure customer service area is clean and organized.
  • Provide administrative support to Management Office.

  • Manage and supervise a team of Customer Service Officer
  • To plan and manage the manpower at the customer service counter
  • To develop an on-the-job training schedule as well as to train and coach new Customer Service Officer/ part-timer.
  • To champion designated A&P promotions and be accountable on all promotional matters
  • To administer and ensure that the redemption process during A&P promotion is carried out properly and sale of gift cards are carried out in accordance to SOP
  • To manage tenant’s and shoppers’ feedback/ complaints with professionalism and provide prompt service recovery when necessary
  • Ensure the customer service counter area and surroundings is clean and organised at all times
  • To provide administrative support to the Management Office whenever necessaryAny other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management
Job Requirement
  • Customer centric personality and positive attitude
  • Prior Customer Service Supervisor experience in retail mall will be highly preferred
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work 6 days work week, retail hours and shift work
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
