We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at Speediance Singapore. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating and selling our innovative smart home gym equipment to customers. This role requires a passion for fitness technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Working Days: Wednesday & Saturday
Salary: $16/hour
Job Types: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in understanding the features and benefits of our smart home gym equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase how the equipment works and its various functionalities.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customers’ fitness goals and preferences.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by explaining payment options and financing plans.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in a fitness or technology-related industry.
• Knowledge and passion for fitness equipment and smart home technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Secondary school O'Levels or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
