Responsibilities

• Responsiblefor finalizing lease agreements, negotiating lease renewals, formalizinglease documentation of a retail mall.
• Prepareleasing reports, update rent roll and market trends on a monthly basis.
• Activelyengages and establishes good relationships with agencies, prospects andtenants.
• Responsiblefor implementing and monitoring of business plan and budget.
• Proposetenant mix plans, and implement strategies to maximize rental andoccupancy in the mall.
• Supportmarketing and A&P initiatives.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in any course w min 2 yrs of relevant retail leasing experience
