• Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces, offering product knowledge and after‑sales support.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling, and clientele strategies.
• Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising standards, and stock accuracy.
• Support daily store operations including cashiering, inventory management, and reporting.
• Uphold brand image and provide a premium shopping experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail.
