Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Digital Ambassador to assist customers in navigating the App, handle inquiries, and manage transactions. The role requires working flexible hours across five days a week. Interested candidates should send their resumes to the provided email address. This role emphasizes customer service and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist/Guide customers to create ID.
- Assist/Guide customers to download App.
- Show customers how to maneuver the App.
- Assist customers with the microsite.
- Manage customers with Q matic system to issue Q.
- Assist customers with Sim and Router exchange.
- Help customers with Prepaid top ups.
- Address all other customer queries.
- Assist/Guide customers to create ID
- Assist/Guide customers to download App +
- Assist to show customers on how to maneuver the App +
- Assist customers on how to maneuver microsite
- Assist/Manage customers with Q matic system to issue Q
- Assist customers with Sim Exchange & Router exchange transaction
- Assist customers to do Prepaid top ups
- Assist customers with all other queries when approached by customers
Working hours: Any 5 days in a week (Mon-Sun), 11am-8pm or 12pm - 9pm (Retail Hours)
