• Help customers with Prepaid top ups.
• Address all other customer queries.

• Assist/Guide customers to create ID
• Assist/Guide customers to download App +
• Assist to show customers on how to maneuver the App +
• Assist customers on how to maneuver microsite
• Assist/Manage customers with Q matic system to issue Q
• Assist customers with Sim Exchange & Router exchange transaction
• Assist customers to do Prepaid top ups
• Assist customers with all other queries when approached by customers

Working hours: Any 5 days in a week (Mon-Sun), 11am-8pm or 12pm - 9pm (Retail Hours)
