Store Crews (Full Time)- Island-wide

As a Store Crew member, you will play a key role in delivering great customer experiences and supporting daily store operations. This is a hands‑on role suited for friendly, energetic individuals who enjoy retail and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and provide excellent service.
• Support the achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Ensure shelves are tidy, stocked, and products are fresh.
• Manage samples packs, report product issues, and support stock replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness, store maintenance and visual merchandising standards.
• Stay alert to prevent loss and report any suspicious activity.

Job Requirements

• 'N' Levels / 'O' Levels/ ITE / Diploma or equivalent. Experience in retail is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and good communication with interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft).
• Willing to work 6 days work week for store crews; 44 hours per week
